Model 220 Two-Drum Surface Winder

This next-generation surface winder provides unparalleled versatility, speed, precision, and safety. Designed for paper mills and converters, the robustly-constructed 220 runs at speeds to 6000 fpm and rewinds to a 72” diameter. An innovative shaftless rewind technology, combined with an extremely wide tension range, allows this two-drum winder to handle many material types, thicknesses, and widths. The 220 is also capable of shafted rewinding. Additional features provide accurate slitting and web control, efficient operations, and industry-leading safety.
