The Model 900-S is an innovative simplex center winder that rewinds to a 45” diameter and handles materials including films and film laminations, paper laminations, and nonwovens. The 900-S has a cantilevered design and can be configured for locked-core and differential winding. Single-shaft winding offers cycle time and ergonomic advantages. With one shaft at an operator-friendly belt height, operators don’t need to bend and reach, and common tasks ranging from core loading to finished roll unloading become easier and faster.
