Catbridge’s advanced meltblown / BMF (blown micro fiber) production lines offer precision, flexibility, speed, and easy maintenance. A compact, innovative “plug and play” BMF line handles web widths to 62″ (1575 mm) and a larger multi-die line handles web widths to 135″ (3430 mm). Both meltblown production lines achieve excellent throughput and are optimized for handling today’s metallocene resins as well as conventional Z-N based polypropylene. The lines feature a new die tip design for extremely precise laydown control. The resulting ultrafine web fibers are ideal for high-performance filters as well as applications such as wipes and hygiene products.
